1:1 Classes

1:1 yoga sessions are fully tailored to you, your body, and your individual goals. Whether you are focused on improving your flexibility, . This is a collaborative and exploratory process in which we will work together to deepen your practice . Before we begin, I take the time to understand your experience, lifestyle, physical needs, and any injuries or concerns. The initial session is . From there, I create a personalised yoga practice that supports your wellbeing, helping you move safely, confidently, and comfortably.
 

Sessions include a combination of flow (asana), somatic exercises, breathwork, relaxation (restorative poses and Yoga Nidra), yoga philosophy, meditation, and mindfulness practices, all depending on what you’re .  You’ll receive focused guidance, adjustments (verbal or physical), and support throughout, allowing you to progress at your own pace and gain an unders. I offer group yoga sessions for a wide range of settings, including workplaces, schools, events, retreats, community groups, and private gatherings. These sessions are designed to be inclusive, accessible, and tailored to suit your group’s needs and experience levels.

 

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing wellbeing session, a stress-relief class, a team-building activity, or something more energising, I’ll create a session that aligns with your goals. Classes can be adapted for beginners, mixed abilities, or specific themes such as relaxation, mobility, mindfulness, or strength.

I provide a welcoming and supportive space where everyone can feel comfortable, regardless of their yoga experience. Sessions can be delivered in-person or online, depending on your requirements.
