In-Person Classes

A deeply nourishing weekly class under candlelight, beginning with a brief floorwork flow to gently stretch the body and ready it for stillness. Then begins our Restorative Practice: supported poses held for an extended duration to restore the body and invite stillness. The most accessible and relaxing yoga style, suitable for all levels (including those with limited mobility).

An hour to show up however you are, this is a mindfully-paced flow in which new poses can be tried in a supportive environment, and is specifically designed to invite a healthy awareness of your body and its emotions. This class doesn’t force peace but instead uses creative somatic movement and breathwork (pranayama) to allow practitioners to flow through whatever they are truly feeling. Recommended for those with some yoga experience.

This mindful Sunday morning class explores the foundations of yoga and is suitable for all levels. Together, you'll move, practice accessible breathwork, and be led through a gentle meditation.
