By booking or participating in any in-person or online class, workshop, or retreat offered by Enya Yoga, you agree to the following terms:
Personal Responsibility & Health
Yoga involves physical movement and, as with any physical activity, carries a risk of injury. By participating, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to do so and take responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing.
You agree to:

Listen to your body and practice within your own limits

Review the accessibility information provided for each class and choose classes that are appropriate for you

Inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or concerns before class

Modify your practice or rest whenever needed
You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional if you have any doubts about your ability to participate.
No Medical Advice
Yoga instruction is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing taught in class should be considered medical or therapeutic advice.
Limitation of Liability
Enya Yoga are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policies will be clearly communicated at the time of booking, and is also included below.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time are eligible for credit for a future class. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 1 month (30 days).

As the scheduling system does not apply credit automatically, credit for cancellations within 48 hours are applied manually; please contact Enya Yoga if credit is due.

If you do not cancel and do not attend, no refund or credit will be issued.

If a class is cancelled by Enya Yoga, a full refund or credit will be provided.
Respectful Conduct
Students are expected to act respectfully toward each other and the teacher(s). All teachers reserve the right to refuse participation if behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
